Terms of Service
By using Anipix you agree to these terms. They may be updated as the service evolves; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Accounts: you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.
Acceptable use: you may browse, search, vote, comment and share links. You may not scrape or crawl the catalog at scale, use bots to inflate views or votes, flood requests, attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, upload malicious content, harass other users, impersonate staff or use the site for illegal purposes.
Content and intellectual property: the code, layout and original texts of Anipix belong to the project. Titles, cover art, characters and trademarks belong to their rights holders and are shown for identification and reference. Content you submit (profile fields, collections) stays yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the site.
Third-party links: the Streams section points to external services. We do not control their content or availability and are not responsible for what happens on those sites.
Availability and liability: the service is provided as is, without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or losses caused by third-party services. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time.
Suspension and termination: we may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, that infringe copyright (see /dmca) or that put the service at risk. You may delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and questions should go to [email protected].
