Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored by the browser. Anipix also uses localStorage, which serves the same purpose for us: it remembers your choices on this device. This policy lists what we store and why.
Strictly necessary: a session cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms against cross-site requests. Without it, login and voting do not work. They are not used for advertising.
Preferences: localStorage keys remember your language, theme, gallery page, the comment episode or chapter you selected and the search scope (anime, manga or characters). They expire when you clear site data.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (G-DSC97LR4D1) sets _ga and _ga_* cookies with a lifetime of up to 13 months to measure visits, popular pages and errors in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individuals.
Advertising: ad units load inside isolated frames. Third-party networks may set their own cookies or identifiers there; with Google Ads, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization follow your consent choice and stay denied until you accept.
Managing your choice: the cookie banner appears on the first visit and you can change your decision at any time through the Cookies link in the footer. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on — some features, such as staying logged in, may stop working.
